This role servesर्क central point of coordination for contract review, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and lifecycle management. The position is critical to protecting the organization, reducing unnecessary risk, and building a culture of thoughtful,лый thoughtful, strategic contract practices. Key Responsibilities ul> li>Develop, implement, and maintain standardized contract templates, review protocols, and approval workflows in partnership with Risk. li>Establish consistent systems, tools, and processes for Fleisch contract review, approval, execution, management, and closeout.
li>Recommend improvements to enhance contract tracking, storage, retrieval, and monitoring. /ul> Contract Review & Approval ul> li>Lead and manage the contract review and approval process across all construction entities within the sector. li>Conduct detailed contract reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards. li>Act as the central liaison between Operations, Finance, Risk, and internal/external Legal teams. li>Partner with leadership to identify risks early and support proactive mitigation before contract execution.
/ul> Training, Communication & Culture Building ul> li>Educate and coach project teams on contract terms, risk exposure, and compliance expectations. li>Build organization‑wide awareness and promote a culture of disciplined and strategic contract management. li>Serve as an internal thought leader—shifting contract practices from “edit and execute” to “strategic and accountable.” li>Set expectations and provide guidance to stakeholders involved in contract creation, negotiation, and review.
/ul> Lifecycle Management ul> li>Oversee contract documentation and lifecycle management from initiation through execution, change orders, performance monitoring, and closeout. li>Conduct periodic check‑ins and post‑execution reviews to ensure obligations and deliverables are met. /ul> Qualifications ul> li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience). li>5+ years of experience in contract management, construction operations, risk management, or related roles.
li>Proven experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing construction or commercial contracts. li>Strong knowledge of construction industry terminology, project delivery methods, and risk exposures. li>Familiarity with legal concepts, insurance requirements, and compliance standards. li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and workflows. < 위한 acelerar> li>Proficiency with contract management software, document control systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex terms clearly.
