Analyze the impact of equipment and processes on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production metrics within your assigned area Communicate consistently with a variety of audiences including production associates, supervisors, maintenance, engineers, and managers Apply technical skills to identify, define, and recommend projects that will improve production performance Use CAD abilities, prepare cost justifications, plan projects, document root causes, and write standard work procedures all with attention to detail  You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
High school education with 1-3 years relevant trades experience  Also want to make sure you have:
General mechanical knowledge Ability to understand complex processes and solve problems
