An energetic Packager to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.

What We Offer

Pay: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.

Schedule: 2nd Shift – 3:00 am to 1:30 am, Monday‑Thursday (start at 1:00 pm with OT).

What You’ll Do

• Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, wrap, box or palletize daily orders.

What We Need From You

• Operate power tools.
• Test parts and mechanisms.
• Select and wrap product in protective materials.
• Follow demonstrated or written work instructions.
• Box, crate or palletize and stretch‑wrap products for shipment.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.
• Monitor and maintain product quality.
• Learn and perform multiple manufacturing processes.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Education / Experience And Must Haves

• 0–1 years of experience.
• Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of working in inclement conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
