Welders

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team at Toro Windom. This role involves performing a variety of basic welding tasks on mild steel using wire‑fed equipment. The work is evenly split between manual welding and robotic welding.

• Perform basic welds including butt joint welding, tee joint welding, corner joint welding, lap joint welding, edge joint welding.
• Operate wire‑fed welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work with mild steel materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Previous welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic welding instructions.
• Familiarity with robotic welding systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday)

Shift assignment is based on seniority.

$23.94 to $27.66 per hour
