• 1st Shift — 5:00 am to 3:30 pm M-Th (up to 5:30 pm with OT), Fridays as needed.
• 2nd Shift — 3:00 pm to 1:30 am M-Th (start at 1:00 pm with OT); shift differential.

• A driven Welder to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.

• Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, fabricate daily orders.

• Competent in welding technique and integrity – MIG and/or TIG
• Ability to set up and operate equipment/machinery with minor assistance
• Ability to adjust machine to appropriate thickness
• Ability to position pieces into jigs, fixtures, and guides using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Produce product to quality standards
• Work toward meeting the 3 cabinet per hour minimum
• Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
• Machine/material knowledge – operations, light maintenance, safety requirements
• Ability to follow direction from trainers and/or supervisors
• Requires assistance in blueprint reading
• Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Additional duties as needed

• 1+ years of MIG welding experience
• Knowledge of the metalworking industry, equipment, and processes
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods
• Must be able to work in inclement conditions including extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
