This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a 2nd Shift Setup Technician based in Maple Plain, MN. The Setup Technician will be responsible for setting up and operating complex CNC machining equipment, ensuring that production schedules and quality standards are met. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, performing machine adjustments, monitoring machining processes, and resolving mechanical or tooling issues to maintain production efficiency.

The role also involves routine maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety and quality compliance.

• Experience in CNC Machine Setup and Operation, including familiarity with Swiss, Milling and Turning capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and programming codes
• Proficiency in troubleshooting machine errors and performing mechanical adjustments
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and ISO quality systems, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or relevant experience preferred
• Experience in medical manufacturing, prototyping, or precision machining is a plus
