Carpentry Contractors Company, a part of Lyman Companies, a Division of US LBM, is seeking Wall and Floor Panel Assemblers at our Montrose location.

How you will spend your day as a Wall Assembler:

• Assembling precut wooden parts.
• Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors’ instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Lifting and laying out precut lumber (top, bottom chords) onto the build table.
• Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly.
• Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts.

Wall Assembler Requirements:

• Experience: None, we are willing to train the right candidates! But it’s also great if you have construction experience.
• Physical: Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift. Must have the drive to learn.
• Teamwork: Team focused approach to work.
• Excellence: Excellent work ethic and attendance.
