  Lake City, MN
• Starting at: $20.75-$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Details: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
• Monday – Thursday
• OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire

• Paid Time Off: 128 hours pro-rated based on start date

• Back up to the Group Lead position
• Trainer for new and existing employees
• Work as online member at lower run-rates including working in the paint, weld, press brake, valve assembly, glass, warehouse, and pack out cells
• Answer the help light calls within the department
• Mange the daily schedule to meet production needs in designated area
• Will be trained to become glass, weld, valve, and forklift certified
• Self-starter who can prioritize projects and meet required timelines as directed by manager
• Accountable for process improvements based on team member feedback

• High school graduate/GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role

• Some machine experience (flat laser, tube laser, turret punch press) is highly preferred
• Lean manufacturing experience is preferred
• Associated degree is preferred
