Job Title

Production Helper – 14 temporary, full-time positions from 04/01/2026 through 12/15/2026 at Littfin Truss in Howard Lake, MN.

• Assist assemblers by performing duties of lessor skill by supplying materials or tools to work area and equipment.
• Load and unload items from machines.
• Tie products in bundle for further processing.
• Clean work areas/equipment.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• No minimum education or experience required.
• On‑job training provided.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. on a routine basis and up to 70 lbs. when necessary.
• Must be able to stand for 10‑12 hours per day.
• Job requires repetitive bending and lifting.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to work a 5‑day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Applicant must complete an employment application.

• Basic wage: $21.08 per hour; overtime premium of $31.62 per hour when exceeding 40 hours in a workweek.
• Employment: minimum 35 hours per week; workers paid bi‑weekly.
• Shifts include Monday‑Thursday 4:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday‑Friday 4:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday‑Thursday 3 pm–3:30 am (shift times may vary due to weather and business demands).
• Optional employee shared housing: $98 per week, $200 refundable deposit (upon final inspection).
• Optional voluntary health insurance: ~ $56 per week (payroll deduction). Optional voluntary dental insurance: ~ $15 per week.
• Optional pay advance: $100 (payroll deduction).
• Optional daily transportation from housing to worksite: $8 per day (payroll deduction).
• Employer provides all tools, supplies, and equipment required for the job.
