Vibration Analysis Technician

Vibration Analysis Technician – Full‑time, St. Paul, MN. This role supports the predictive maintenance program through vibration data collection and advanced analysis. The position offers full benefits but does not include per diem.

• Perform vibration data collection routes using Emerson AMS 2140 and Emerson Machinery Health Manager (MHM).
• Conduct high‑level analysis and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with plant personnel and reliability teams to ensure asset health and integrity.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Dismantle machines, move machinery and equipment, and assemble/install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, pumps, compressors, extruders, turbines, and blowers.
• Align machines and equipment using reverse alignment methods.
• Assemble machines and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten them to foundations or other structures.
• Operate engine lathe to grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.
• Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
• Participate in grouting activities for equipment base plates.

• ISO 10816 certification required.
• Experience with Emerson AMS 2140 and MHM software strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data trends.
• Post‑offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation required.

Final compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
