Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment Monitor systems to ensure safe and efficient performance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed Lead annual tear down, cleaning, and assembly of boilers Work independently and as part of a team to support facility operations Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders  You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
High school diploma or GED Minnesota 1st Class C Boilers License or higher 4+ years of experience as a 1st class C Boiler Operator Experience troubleshooting high-pressure boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and water treatment systems Ability to read schematics, prints, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues  Also want to make sure you have:
