We offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid in two installments: $1,500 after 30 days and $1,500 after 60 days. The role is a multi‑skilled electrical/mechanical technician responsible for troubleshooting and supporting production equipment.

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with NFPA 79 and NFPA 70E.
• Mentor and train other technicians.
• Operate Power Industrial Trucks.
• Engage in continuous training in electrical and mechanical technologies.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, and other automation systems.
• Assist in root cause analysis and reliability sessions.

• Electrical/ mechanical multi‑skilled technician with advanced maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• 2‑year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with PLC, Drives, Servo, HMI, CNC, and MES integration.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and LOTO procedures.
иазкны li>Proficiency with voltage/ohm meters, multimeters, and related tools.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 68 pounds, operate industrial trucks, and work in confined spaces.

$32.50–$43.34 per hour.
