1st shift employees are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Primary Objectives:

Welding products to print using manual, semi‐automatic, and automatic welding equipment using MIG and TIG

Responsibilities:

Responsible for welding of parts
Inspection of parts
Following safety procedures
Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience of wire feed welding
Welding experience in a related industry preferred
Welding technology degree (2‐yr) preferred
Ability to pass AHI welding certification within 90 days of hire for multiple processes
Ability to setup and run various programs on welding equipment
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong math and mechanical aptitude preferred
Comfortable using various computer software
Ability to use and read measuring equipment
Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
Good verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this role is:

24 - 31 USD per hour (Aggressive Hydraulics - Cedar, MN )
