Schedule:
Multiple Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon-Thu
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon-Thu
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sun-Wed

- Ability to lift, carry, and move production materials up to 50lbs as needed.
- Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Operate molding equipment to manufacture high-quality rubber products.
- Verify correct materials, tooling, and press settings before production runs.
- Weigh and measure raw materials according to production specifications.
- Inspect molded parts for quality and identify defects.
- Trim finished products as needed to meet quality standards.
- Accurately count, package, and prepare products for shipment.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
