Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a food production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting efficient production operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and staying active throughout your shift, this job could be a great fit.
What You'll Do as a Line Worker- Place pans on conveyor belts and insert cardboard liners into pans
- Operate equipment to press crusts, cut dough, and swirl dessert toppings
- Load and unload products throughout the baking process
- Deposit batter, process ingredients, and monitor production flow
- Pack finished products into appropriate containers and apply labels as directed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area between product changes
- Assist with general production duties and support team operations as needed
- No experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Ability to follow food safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Comfortable working around products containing common food allergens
- Reliable transportation to Le Center, MN
