Holden Farms Inc in Northfield, MN seeks a Production Manager to lead Offsite farms, coordinate activities, and ensure managers fulfill their roles. This full-time position offers a 70,000 to 75,000 USD annual salary, with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Hours are generally 6:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday; weekends rotate and on-call is 24/7. Ideal candidates have 3 years of management experience, a Bachelor’s in Management (a plus), and proficiency in Word and Excel.
