As a Welder, you'll manufacture custom heat exchangers used around the world. The majority of our welding is stainless steel with minimal grinding. You will have opportunities to work on a variety of projects while continuing to develop your craft. Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Monday-Thursday ($1.00/hr Shift Differential Applies)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Welder at Super Radiator Coils, you will be part of a skilled team manufacturing custom heat exchangers and thermal solutions used in a wide range of industries around the world.

TIG weld stainless steel and carbon steel components ranging from .035 wall tubing to heavy wall .375.Control heat input and prevent distortion

Utilize work orders, drawings, and blueprints to assemble products according to specifications.

Position, align, and secure components using fixtures, jigs, and measuring tools.

Perform weld repairs and rework on non-conforming products as needed.

Prepare materials and work pieces using grinders, drills, and other fabrication tools.

Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and company policies.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support team success.

Requirements Qualifications (Required):

Welding certificate or formal training in TIG Welding Ability to read blueprints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.

Ability to accurately use measuring devices.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Technical degree, certificate, or formal training in Welding.

Previous TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience welding stainless steel.
