Millerbernd Manufacturing is seeking a Team Lead to guide the 2nd shift and weekend teams in Pole Pre-Assembly and related assembly lines at Plant 2 and Plant 3 in Minnesota. You will drive production, quality, safety, and team engagement while ensuring adherence to standard work and SOPs.
Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience in metal fabrication, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to train and develop staff.
