Assembler​/Builder

Job Description

Seeking motivated, entry-level Assembly/Builder contractors to support residential and commercial assembly projects throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble furniture, equipment, and various household or commercial items.
• Follow instructions, diagrams, or manuals to complete each job accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service during all assignments.
• Ensure safe work practices and proper handling of tools and materials.

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites.
• Must supply your own basic tool kit plus a cordless power drill.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items as needed for assembly tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general assembly practices.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Compensation Pay will be discussed during the interview and determined based on project type and scope of project.
