E.A. Sween is seeking a motivated individual to lead the production line, ensuring team collaboration to reach goals, improve line efficiencies, reduce waste, and follow standard work. You will monitor machines, labels, film, and sandwiches to produce high-quality products at efficient levels.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18, and possess mechanical aptitude. Prior assembly work and GMP knowledge are preferred; strong English communication and attendance are required.
