$24–$34/hour | 1st Shift | Full-Time Opportunities

Are you an experienced welder looking for a new opportunity, or did you recently graduate from welding school and are ready to start your career?

We are hiring welders of all experience levels for opportunities throughout the Twin Cities metro, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Blaine, and surrounding areas.

Pay: $24–$34/hour

Starting pay will be based on your welding experience, certifications, skill level, and the type of work you can perform. Experienced welders with strong fabrication skills may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.

Recent welding-school graduates are encouraged to apply. If you have strong fundamentals, a good work ethic, and are ready to develop your skills in a professional shop environment, we'd like to talk with you.

Welding Experience We're Looking For

• MIG welding
• TIG welding
• Spot welding
• Metal fabrication
• Production welding
• Custom or structural fabrication
• Reading blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Measuring, fitting, and preparing materials
• Using common welding and fabrication equipment
