Start your manufacturing career at Clow Stamping Company! Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn new skills, earn a steady paycheck, and build a future? At Clow, you don’t need manufacturing experience to get started. We’ll train you from day one while you earn $19.80 per hour or more!

As a Press Operator, you’ll work with hydraulic presses to make precision metal parts used by manufacturers across the country. You’ll learn how to set up and operate equipment, read work orders and blueprints, inspect parts, and keep production running smoothly.

If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work, this could be the start of something great.

No experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the skills you need to succeed.

Choose the shift that works best for you!

• Shift 15
  | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. | $19.80 per hour starting pay
• Shift 16 | Monday–Thursday | 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. | $21.05 per hour starting pay — includes an extra $1.25 per hour shift differential

Candidates with relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting rate.

• Set up presses, prepare jobs, and change tooling.
• Load materials and operate hydraulic presses.
• Perform blanking, piercing, and forming operations.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Enter production information into our computer system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

You don't need previous manufacturing experience. We're looking for people who are ready to learn and work as part of a team.

• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools or willingness to learn.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and dependable work.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the workday.

• Stand for most of the shift.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift parts between waist and shoulder height.
• Use your hands to operate tools and set up presses.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including hearing and eye protection and met-guard safety shoes.
