Talented Medical Solutions is hiring a reliable and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in La Crescent, Minnesota. This position is perfect for local nurses or travelers who enjoy meaningful patient interactions in a supportive, community-centered setting.

As an LPN, you’ll provide direct care to patients under the supervision of an RN or provider. You’ll be responsible for delivering essential nursing services with professionalism, patience, and empathy—ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team

Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Document care accurately and promptly

Work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and other healthcare staff

Active LPN license in Minnesota (or willing to obtain)

Current BLS certification

Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
