Role Specifics and Benefits
  • Responsibilities: As a Med Surg RN, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage IV therapies, perform wound care, and assist with post‑operative care. You will lead discharge planning, coordinate with physicians and case managers, educate patients and families, and implement prevention strategies to reduce readmissions.
