Carefree Living by Oxford Living, located in Ely, MN, is hiring a full‑time RN Case Manager to join our established assisted living community.

• Full‑time position in a stable, professionally managed facility.
• Compensation: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour.

• Assist with orientation, onboarding, and training of nursing staff.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts.
• Implement and enforce nursing processes in accordance with licensing agencies.
• Complete assessments timely and audit care plan accuracy.
• Support residents in achieving and maintaining the highest level of performance and independence.
• Participate in QAPI implementation and outcome monitoring.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities, ensuring cost effectiveness while promoting marketing and satisfaction for residents and staff.
• Provide direct nursing services to residents.

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred but not required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet physical requirements.
• Experience in assisted living preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; clinical charting experience preferred.
