  : $27-$33.57/hour| Credit given for experience
• Shift Differential - $4/hour for PM hours (after 7 PM)
• Sign on Bonus | Up to $10,000 paid within your first year of employment

As an LPN, you will make a meaningful impact in a senior living facility by providing essential medical care and monitoring residents’ health to ensure their well‑being. You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to manage care plans, administer medications, and assist with daily health needs. Your compassion and skilled support enhance the quality of life for residents, fostering a safe and caring environment.

• PT Position Available or On Call/Casual
• PM Shift : 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be registered and licensed as an LPNin the state of Minnesota
• Must have a current CPR certification
• Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
