Registered Nurse – Evening Shift

Registered Nurse – Evening Shift – $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time, Evening Shift, Every Other Weekend + Rotating On-Call

Pay: $35 – $50 per hour

Weekend Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour on weekends

What You'll Do:

• Lead evening care planning, nursing support, and medication oversight
• Complete clinical assessments and keep detailed, accurate documentation
• Manage chronic conditions and respond to residents’ changing needs
• Collaborate with families, staff, and providers to personalize care
• Keep loved ones in the loop with timely, respectful communication
• Respond confidently to health concerns and emergencies during your shift
• Deliver hospitality-focused care that puts residents first

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
• Confidence in clinical decision-making and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Commitment to building trust with residents and their families
