As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lakeside Generations
, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take documentation care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time, varying schedule including every other weekend

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full‑Time & Part‑Time)
• Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Full‑Time)
• Nights (NOC): 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Part‑Time)

Pay: $22.50 – $24.85 per hour depending on experience.

• $1.50 per hour for Evenings
• $2.50 per hour for Nights

• Part‑Time: $2,500
• Full‑Time: $5,000

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN
• Document services performed on computerized charting system
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• Must be on the MN Registry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule
• Must be at least 16 years of age
