At Cura Health, our Certified Nursing Assistants are at the heart of the care we provide. We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated CNAs who take pride in helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home.

As a CNA, you will work directly with residents each day, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and other daily needs while building meaningful relationships along the way. You will also work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to recognize changes in resident needs and help ensure each resident receives individualized, high-quality care.

We are looking for someone who understands that great care goes beyond completing daily tasks. It means taking the time to listen, showing patience and kindness, respecting resident choices, and helping each person maintain as much independence as possible.

At Cura Health, you will be part of a team that values the work you do and the difference you make. Whether you are an experienced CNA or looking for a place to continue growing in your healthcare career, we offer an environment where teamwork, compassion, and resident-centered care come first.

What You’ll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cura of Le Sueur, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for each day. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Support residents with transfers, positioning, mobility, and ambulation according to their individual care plans.
  • Assist with meals, including meal setup, feeding assistance, and monitoring food and fluid intake as needed.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other required resident information.
  • Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or overall well‑being and promptly communicate concerns to the nurse.
  • Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely, respectful, and compassionate manner.
  • Complete routine rounds to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, clean, and appropriately positioned.
  • Follow individualized care plans and support each resident’s preferences, routines, and level of independence.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate and respectful communication.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, fellow CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide consistent, high‑quality care.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.
  • Perform additional resident care duties as assigned within the CNA scope of practice.
