Hours:
Wednesday & Thursday 10 hour shifts
Client Specifics: 3 year old with Epilepsy
What Youll Do- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patients condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
