Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) in Minnesota to prepare for the nursing assistant competency exam. Enrolment in a Minnesota DHS-approved program is required, with 16 hours of supervised training. Upon certification, internal application for CNA positions will follow.
The NAIT will perform CNA duties as deemed competent after training, with support for exam completion within 4 months of hire and opportunities for advancement within Monarch's facilities.
