Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Achieving the highest quality of care will be the first and most important responsibility of the Director of Nursing. The following are just a few of the other areas expected of the Director of nursing:
- Customer Service (Family & Potential Residents)
- Employee Relations (Nursing Staff & Other Deparment Staff)
- Attracting and Retaining Top Quality Employees
- Regulatory Management
- Nursing Leadership Experience Recommended
- Ability to Answer Questions Effectively and Timely
- Organized
- Must hold a degree as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
