We specialize in precision pruning, complex removals, plant health care (PHC), and comprehensive land management – combining technical expertise with the care and integrity of a small, dedicated team.

We're fully insured, BBB accredited, ISA‑and TCIA‑certified, and employ the area's only Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) with 20 years of industry‑leading experience.

We are highly equipped to make a tough job easier with state‑of‑the‑art machines, well‑maintained vehicles, modern climbing equipment, and a variety of loaders to assist with grunt work. We serve multiple markets, including commercial, municipal, and private land owners. We stay local for work, so no long‑distance travel.

The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Arborist Foreman or Aerial Tree Worker to lead and perform daily operations in the field. This position is ideal for a professional who values safety, teamwork, and excellence in every detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced climbing, pruning, and rigging techniques for tree health and aesthetics.
  • Safely execute complex tree removals using rigging, cranes, and aerial lifts.
  • Operate chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and specialized arborist equipment.
  • Lead and mentor crew members and registered apprentices with a focus on safety and skill development.
  • Interact professionally with clients, providing expert advice and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist with PHC programs: diagnosing, treating, and preventing pest and disease issues.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3+ years in arboriculture, with advanced climbing and rigging skills.
  • Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within 6 months), class A CDL.
  • Bonus

    Skills:

    PHC experience, crane experience, specialized equipment operation.
  • Personal Traits:
    Reliable, safety‑minded, and committed to craftsmanship.
  • Must be able to perform physical work in all weather.
