Greenhouse Supervisor​/Lead Grower

Overview

Pleasant View Gardens is hiring a Greenhouse Supervisor / Lead Grower to help lead daily greenhouse operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional plant quality. This is a seasonal position with strong potential for full-time, year-round employment for the right candidate.

• Lead and support 2–6 greenhouse team members
• Perform and oversee daily plant care (watering, fertilizing, sanitation)
• Assist with plant inventory, ordering, labeling, and pulling
• Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain greenhouse equipment and growing programs
• Train and mentor staff while setting the pace through hands-on work
• Support seasonal container production and client plant orders
• Morning, mid-day, and evening shifts (up to 8 PM)
• Part-time to full-time hours available

• 2+ years greenhouse growing experience
• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
• Enjoys working hands-on while leading a team
