MORTGAGE FIELD SERVICES INSPECTOR
FAR INSPECTIONS is seeking a Mortgage Field Services Inspector to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders.
Independent contractors earn predictable full‑time or supplemental income and benefit from a flexible schedule. Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required, but an ability to manage time and meet deadlines is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Verify property occupancy.
- Report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
- Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
- Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
- Complete a short form in the app.
- Most inspections are exterior only; about 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
• Highly motivated and self‑driven.
• Strong time‑management and deadline‑meeting skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
