What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Develop and analyze budgets, financial statements, and operational reports to achieve financial goals
  • Oversee lease enforcement, including approving applications, conducting inspections, and managing resident relations
  • Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring timely service from maintenance teams
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall appeal of the property
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and budgets
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and train property staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and owner relations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with multi-family housing operations and Fair Housing regulations
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools
  • Previous experience in customer service or community engagement
  • Knowledge of local market trends and economic factors affecting property performance
  • Additional certifications in property management or real estate
