A typical day in the fast‑paced life of a Student Nutrition employee includes:

• Preparing food (making sandwiches, cutting fruit & vegetables, making salads, etc.)
• Serving breakfast or lunch
• Cashiering
• Washing dishes
• Mopping kitchen floor
• Cleaning up kitchen at the end of the day

Details:

• 6 hours per day, 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
• 188 days per year (including holidays) – schedule follows student calendar
• $16.75 per hour is Step 1 of the Master Agreement

Benefits are in accordance with the Master Agreement with the Food Service Employees.
