Server - Full Time - Crystal Brook at Vivie.
Schedule:
Full Time – 60 hours/pay period – 6:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Includes every other weekend and holiday.
Pay range: $15.10/hr to $18/hr (hourly non‑exempt). Benefits include health coverage, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Dining Service – Assist with seating, build positive relationships, and help residents select meals.
- Ensure Safety and Sanitation – Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of flatware and glassware, perform dishwashing, and keep dining and kitchen areas clean.
- Communicate Effectively – Proactively communicate with residents and team members.
- Other Duties as Assigned – Participate in special projects, assist in other areas, and attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous dining service or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow emergency protocols.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
- Successful completion of a state‑mandated background check.
