Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Cook I to support daily kitchen operations, learn recipes, and prepare menu items in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with culinary leadership to ensure quality and guest satisfaction, with training provided. Certification and regulatory licensing are required, with preference given to Mille Lacs Band Members and American Indian applicants.
