Part Time ML Dispensary Budtender (Agriculture)

The Opportunity:

As a Budtender, you are the heart of Lake Leaf Dispensary operation. You are the first point of contact for customers and a source of knowledge for many. You will be responsible for guiding customers and provide support in a face paced retail environment. This includes, assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

  Experience:
  
  Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, especially during busy periods. Provide detailed knowledge about specials, sales, and products within the store. Always maintain guest confidentiality and respect.
• Sales:
  Detailed knowledge of product, stains, and their effects. Upselling and promoting both our products and our store. Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Cash Handling:
  Perform opening and closing duties. Accurately perform cash transactions. Effectively and efficiently use of point of sales (POS) system. Follow and maintain all cash handling procedures.
• General Operations:
  Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the store run smoothly and are well cared for, while abiding by policies, procedures, and all State and Band regulations.
• Inventory:
  Take inventory and assist in inventory related tasks. Unpack, sort, count, and label all merchandise as needed or directed.

• One (1) year of relevant experience in guest service
• One (1) year retail sales experience
• Must be able to secure a license from the Regulatory Agency.
• Responsible for following all relevant Cannabis Regulations.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

• Must be 21 years or older
• Knowledge or understanding of retail, and cannabis laws.
• Impeccable customer service
