The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, measurements, and cycle counts accurately and timely.
• Hanging signage, assembling merchandise and fixtures, and reviewing planogram integrity.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.

Ensuring the customer has a distinguished shopping experience and providing peak coverage when required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds, including lifting, reaching, standing, walking, and operating store equipment.
• Must be able to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
