Assistant Boutique Manager – Montblanc | Sunrise, FL

Role Overview
Co‑Manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique while driving growth and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities- Essential duties (daily and occasional)
- Direct reports and business areas to cover Daily Operations
- Co‑create and co‑direct a high‑performance team that drives profitable top‑line sales through achieving boutique results.
- Provide strong leadership to help the Boutique Manager execute sales generation, operational, visual, and human resources functions, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability, and compliance with store procedures.
- Work in conjunction with the District Manager/Sales Manager to coach and develop Sales Associates in client development, presentation standards and the highest levels of customer service.
- Communicate and uphold the Montblanc Brand Standards, ensuring all store associates support these standards.
- Oversee stock movement, including shipping and receiving to ensure accuracy.
- Support management in all aspects of operations to ensure Audit targets are met.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational tasks that support business development (maintenance of work area environments, stock, repairs, personalization orders).
- Sales Generation
- Co‑manage the store and associates to ensure store sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Identify ways to drive sales generation with the help of the District Manager/Sales Manager and take action to achieve those goals.
- Hold employees accountable for achieving productivity standards.
- Customer Service
- Support, model, and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly, luxurious, knowledgeable, and provides defining moments for customers.
- Ensure customers receive exemplary customer service enhanced by clientele development programs and superb product knowledge.
- Promote clientele techniques heavily.
- Merchandising & Visual
- Ensure Montblanc Brand Standards and Operating Standards are met to support brand consistency.
- Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
- Must be proficient or fluent in Spanish language.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, luxury preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
