Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
They are talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement and development, and are expected to foster an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, Assistant Managers have opportunities to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
