Store Counter Sales

We are looking for a NAPA Counter Sales associate to join our team. As a Counter Sales associate, you are the face of the retail store and the go-to person for all of our customers' automotive needs. You don't need to be an expert in automotive repair, but you should have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.

What you will be doing:

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers
• Assist other NAPA team members with parts questions
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores
• Welcome retail customers and provide a positive consumer experience
• Use technology, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system

What you'll need:

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
