Coborn's is seeking a Deli Department Lead in Sartell, MN to oversee the Deli in the absence of the Department Manager. You will ensure the Kitchen & Deli meet merchandising standards, stay fully stocked, and create an appealing guest experience.
You will lead the Deli staff, uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations, educate guests at the counter, and engage guests with samples and suggestive selling to help drive sales while maintaining quality and freshness of salads and sliced meats.
