Storefront Senior Insurance Sales Advisor (base + bonuses + full benefits) (Hybrid)
American Family Insurance is looking for a Senior Insurance Sales Advisor to help families protect what matters most. Your role will involve marketing, prospecting, and selling insurance products while building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Convert leads into qualified customer engagements.
- Manage a prospecting pipeline and develop a sales tracking system to maintain accurate prospect/customer information.
- Meet sales and sales quality goals.
- Sell available insurance products to new customers or service existing customers.
- Estimate and quote policy premiums while complying with underwriting guidelines.
- Provide solid customer experiences.
- Grow community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
- Work closely with customers helping them prioritize their needs.
- Ability to provide accurate quotes while multitasking on multiple computer systems/screens.
- Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
- Successful track record of sales success.
- Professional development and growth mindset – enroll in continuing education and professional designation programs.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- State insurance licenses required to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products.
- Property & Casualty, Life & Health (personal lines authority does not qualify).
- Obtain and maintain property & casualty, life, and health producer licenses.
- Pass state licensing exams within 60 days of hire date.
Base pay $29.00/hour plus monthly incentives based on performance. Hybrid role: expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of the Falcon Heights, MN office.
