Founding Account Executive

You are Delvo's first commercial hire, stepping into a founding Account Executive seat with validated ICP, founder-led relationships, and early enterprise traction already in place. You'll own the full sales cycle across DACH enterprises and build the playbook that scales the GTM motion for future hires.

• Close new logos across DACH enterprises and Mittelstand, from large industrial groups to Tier-1 accounts.
• Own the complete sales cycle: discovery, demo, business case, pilot scoping, procurement, security, contract negotiation, and upsell.
• Multi-thread complex buying committees across CPOs, procurement leaders, IT, Finance, and category managers.
• Partner with Deployment Strategists from demo onward, driving the commercial motion while they go deep on implementation.
• Feed pricing, product, and ICP signal back to founders and the product team to inform strategy.
• Document and build the AE playbook that the next hire will inherit and scale from.

• 3+ years closing complex B2B enterprise SaaS deals, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Vendor/Supplier Management, Finance (Accounts Payable, Budget Control), or comparable enterprise stacks.
• Proven track record closing six-figure ACV deals and consistently attaining meaningful quota over multiple cycles.
• Strong intuition for stakeholder mapping and navigating complex enterprise buying committees.
• Full working proficiency in German and English.
• Genuine curiosity about procurement and the industries you'll serve: energy, automotive, and chemicals.
