Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. We have built a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimised for AI and compute workloads. Our commercial hyper-growth speaks for itself, powered by our channel-first go-to-market strategy. We are now expanding beyond storage: we are building a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack.

In doing so, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralised infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications.

• Run high-volume outbound across phone, email, and Linked In to open qualified conversations with IT and AI infrastructure decision-makers, with the phone as your primary tool.
• Contact inbound leads within minutes during business hours and qualify them on real need and buying intent.
• Book and prepare discovery meetings for Account Executives across both product lines, from object storage for MSPs and enterprises to GPU capacity for AI teams.
• Research and prioritise target accounts so every outreach block starts with a clean, well-qualified list.
• Keep Hub Spot accurate and current so no lead, follow-up, or handover falls through the cracks.
• Feed what you hear on the phone back to marketing and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and campaigns.

A verifiable track record of hitting a hard number, in sales, sport, or anywhere else competitive. We will ask for specifics, not summaries. Cold calling energises you rather than drains you, and fifteen rejections in a row do not change how you make the sixteenth dial. Curiosity about storage, compute, and cloud economics, and the drive to learn fast enough to hold your own with technical buyers within your first weeks.

You take coaching directly, apply it the same week, and come back asking for more. AI-native working style: you use AI tools to move faster and work smarter. This is a baseline expectation at Impossible Cloud, not a differentiator. Professional proficiency in English; professional proficiency in German or another European language is a strong plus. Hands-on experience with Hub Spot and modern outbound tooling such as Clay, Instantly, or Sales Navigator is welcome but not required.
