Maintenance Technician

Location: Ham Lake, MN

Wage: $25 - $31/hr.

Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the maintenance technician:

• Manage maintenance software tasks and preventive maintenance schedules
• Perform general upkeep and repair of facility, machines, and equipment
• Conduct building and facility repairs
• Guide team members on proper equipment care
• Log and maintain accurate Preventative Maintenance records
• Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Troubleshoot machinery issues, identify root causes, and make necessary repairs
• Work on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Wire and troubleshoot 3-phase electric motors
• Coordinate complex tasks with external contractors
• Maintain and follow OSHA lockout/tagout procedures

Qualifications of the maintenance technician:

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required
• Experience with 3-phase electric motor wiring, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
