We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and repairing various metal components and structures. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, ensuring that all welding tasks are performed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Welding:
  Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding methods based on project requirements.
• Fabrication:
  Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to create or modify metal structures and components.
• Inspection and Testing:
  Inspect welded parts for structural integrity and conformity to safety and quality standards.
• Repairs:
  Conduct repair work on equipment, machinery, and metal structures, ensuring the durability and safety of the materials.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating welding machinery.
• Maintenance:
  Maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other team members, including fabricators, machine operators, and supervisors, to complete tasks on time and meet project deadlines.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in welding, metal fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification:
  Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, CWB, or equivalent) is a plus but not required for all positions.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.), tools, and equipment.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong ability to produce clean, precise welds and to inspect work for quality assurance.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of welding safety practices and the ability to work in compliance with OSHA or other relevant standards.
